i saw the add for Judy Blue jeans on TikTok and thought i should get more of those jeans. i placed an order for 6 pairs of jeans on 11/13/2025. i got a an email that my order was confirmed and then on 11/14/2025 i got another email saying they were going to ship. they sent me a link that took me to the track718 site with a tracking number. i checked this link every few day for over 31 day and had not gotten my order yet. i reached out to their email address soaurel.sjgdty.com to ask when they predicted when my order would be delivered. they sent me a screenshot of the tracking page that i have been checking and said "its on its way. be patient it should arrive in the next few days". that was on 12/13/2025. i keep getting the same response from them and i still have not gotten my package.
