Description
I ordered a few pairs of boots for my kids for the upcoming winter. I paid the money, it said delivery was gonna be a week later, however it was never delivered. The tracking number it provided for me wouldn't even work for the verified mail tracking systems but instead went thru a Chinese tracker instead. NOTHING WAS IN ENGLISH. I never received the items and I never received my money back either. When I figured out I had been scammed, I went back to find a CONTACT US section and noticed they didn't have one. They provide an email address but only for support and I got no replies. They have no address, phone number, ect.
