Saw website ad, listened to video. Seemed good. Had 90day return guarantee & I hit buy now. About a half hr. Later got email from person saying they were a Neurocept Coach from noelle@ neuroceptcoaches.com. Wanting a survey filled out. I did not do this & replied to email requesting to cancel order. Next day got reply saying to call customer service @ 888-633-9670 or email at [email protected] or [email protected]. Ph # said to reconfigure my voice and the cut me off. (3 times). Tried emailing Noelle Carter again. It appeared it went thru but no reply. By then I’d received a payment approval from CartPanda. & tracking notice of delivery tomorrow, & of course credit card had been charged. So I decided I’d just have to send back. I had to work on some health issues for a few weeks & am now trying to return. (Was promised 90 days return). Website says how to contact, for return, but email ([email protected]) or phone (925-217-7353) is neither one operational.
