At first they are replying to my email after my order because i changed my mind about the color. They sent me email that item has been shipped and tracking provided. i tracked the package everyday and there's a movement but not in details. i also noticed that spelling on the tracking website was wrong. I started sending email everyday where my package at. But no reply. website still up and they always post on IG and FB. Beware of ARKLEN OFFICIAL WEBSITE.
