Description

Scammers are retrieving card number when or after card replacement is performed. Scammers used my card number (which is in my possession) 4x. The first time scammers used my card, my card was in my possession. JCP agent blocked and reissued card, my replacement card was used and I still have yet to receive my replacement card. The 2nd card was blocked and scammers used it again, and I still have yet to receive the 2nd card. Again a 3rd time, card was blocked and used again and I still have yet to receive card. I believe this is an internal fraud scheme. JCP or any retail should not be sending replacement cards activated in the mail. This needs to stop to protect all consumers and businesses. Fix this problem please! I now no longer want to do business with JCPenny.
