Description
On 12/1/2025, I thought I was purchasing three make up bags from Moon Nude, an online shop. After 10 days I noticed I had not received a shipping confirmation. I reached out to the company at that time. I had an online chat with someone. They said one of the bags was sold out and that's why they had not shipped my order yet. They said they could cancel the bag that was sold out and immediately ship the other two bags. I agreed to this plan. It has been 8 days since they said they would ship my items and I have not received any shipping notifications. I have emailed them 5 times with no response. I have tried to chat with them online but get no response.
