Description
Placed an order for fleece lined tights. First came across the company on Facebook. Weary, I googled and found their regular merchant site. I placed my order through the merchant site. Made payment through CashApp. Was told package would be shipped in 8-10 days. It never arrived. They sent an email stating my package was stuck at “the sorting facility” in Wellsville, NY. That is the town I live in and there’s only a very small post office. The seller refused to tell me who was the carrier. Stated they would resend the package but refused to give me a refund and then ceased communication all together.
