Description
I saw the ad while scrolling through YouTube. Had seen it numerous times, decided to try ordering a few things. They site looked like JC Penney, said JCP. Placed order November 4, never received order or any communication from them. Contacted them December 14. They responded and said it would take 2-3 business days to research. Contacted them again Dec 17 and ask for a refund. They blamed the logistics company, offered to "reship" product for 15 dollars. First said they couldn't refund, then offered a refund minus 15 dollars shipping fee. I've asked for the refund. Honestly , I don't expect to get my money back.
