This company claims to be based in California but the shoes are shipped from China. The tracking showed a “failed delivery attempt,” which didn’t happen because I have cameras outside my house and was also home all day that day. When I reached out to the email on their website I got no real assistance and was told to contact the courier with the number they provided. I called the number and it was disconnected. I reached out again saying I suspected this was a scam and requested a refund. They replied stating they wanted to make it right and would get a new shipment out right away with new tracking information. Another 2 weeks went by with no update and no product. Reached out AGAIN and got no response. I ended up filing a claim with my bank in hopes of recovering the money lost.
