My Dr. referred me to a company for a sleep study - the co. then text me to say my insurance had pre - approved me for the study - after calling my ins.co. , no approval had been done - I then asked Alexa to give me the address of Blackstone Medical in Tampa which was 550 N.Rio st. - & after checking google maps the address doesnt exist - finally terrible reviews online.
