On December 9, 2025, I purchased a used and operational C5 Corvette Heads Up Display projector from GoGoBuy.Shop. Their website said that the device was "on sale" for $35.99. Their web site did not have a contact phone number, but it said it would take up to three business days to process my payment, after which an email would be sent to me with a carrier service and tracking information. More than three business days elapsed when I found that they had debited my account for $36.00, however I still haven't received any information regarding my order. When I tried to contact GoGoBuy.Shop about my order, their "[email protected]" email was sent back to me without delivery. Their website also says "SEND US A MESSAGE. Have Something to Say? We'd love to hear from you. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours". Their website's "Initiating a Return or Exchange" has the email address "[email protected]", and this was sent back to me undelivered. Their website says "Return Shipping Processes and Costs (US CUSTOMERS ONLY)" with the address of "GOGOBUY Shop Returns [RMA Number] 105 Clearview Drive Denver, CO 80014". Their website also has the following "Contact Information: For all return and exchange inquiries: Email: [email protected] Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST" My email to "[email protected]" was sent back to me undelivered. I am very angry with this SCAM company for taking my money and doing nothing more with my order. I would like them to either refund my money or send me the working C5 Corvette HUD projector they advertised on their website. I think they should be banned from doing business in the United States. I have observed on the Internet that other customers have been ripped off by this company's SCAMs. This company appears to have a parent company in China and/or Indonesia.
