I placed an order for three items from https://blesswitch.com/products/blesswitch on November 18. They confirmed my items via email the same day. I didn't receive the items until Decembe 12, almost a month later after order placed. The package arrived with a return address listing, Hazel, 4435 Skippack Pike, Skippack, PA 19474 which is NOT the address of BlessWitch company. Theirs is 600 N. Broad Str., Suite 5 #563, Middletown, DE 19709. When I opened the package to inspect the items, the quality of the items were FAR inferior to what was advertised on their website. Not at all worth the $98 I was charged for. I tried to call the company # (855)565-0307 several times, but was not allowed to speak to a customer representative. Instead I was referred to go online to SmartVision Promax.com to file my request for a return and refund. This whole process was made so time consuming that I'm not sure how quickly I'll be able to resolve this matter. I googled the return name and address on the package I received and apparently other folks have complained about a scam from this site as well. I just want other folks to be aware of this site This will wind up costing me money to return the items and there are some other charges I'll be charged, per return policy of BlessWitch that don't seem legal. Beware!
