Description
Extended warranty scam. Bought a new car. Warranty with zurich. This misleading generic mail advised to call to activate my platnium extended service. Wont lie their tricks worked. However the call went down a rabit hole of i need to pay 295 today to start coverage and cancel my warranty with my loan. I said no this doesnt make sense i need to call the dealership. They said they cannot activate my warranty if i hang up and call back. Extremely pushy for money with no business name clearly visible. No explainanation of what or who they are. Complete scam. Accoun manager Matt and staff should be investigated. Dont call them unless you plan on coughing up money for something that isnt worth while.
