I've tried to contact this company several times regarding 2 of my orders #6H3ED04V & 24UB0PPF and when I call the only option is to leave a voice mail so I've done that numerous times along with sending emails. The orders say they were shipped on 12/1/25 and haven't moved since 12/2/25. I tried to call the USPS to put in a claim with them and they said BAERSkin didn't put insurance on the package. I am requesting a refund for both orders in the total amount of $383.15
