Ads for handmade, warm, knitted sweaters, dresses, jackets, shirts kept popping up on my Instagram feed and then on Google. I finally went to the website. All the clothing is advertised as vintage, knitted, warm. It never says the company is based out of China or anywhere foreign. It has a return policy clearly posted that states easy refunds for any reason and refunds will be issued within a week as long as the product is not damaged. Due to the price, shipping time stated, and the refund policy there was no indication this was from a foreign country. I didn't learn it was from China until I went to track my package due to taking way longer than the website stated it would. Upon receiving the product, there were no jackets at all and I paid for two. There were no sweater products what so ever. All the products were made out of a very thin polyester material with a knitted design printed on it. It was completely not the product that was described in any capacity, especially for the price. I have been trying to get instructions on how to send the products back for a full refund, and they barely contact me back only offering a 25% discount to their website for future purchases, which not what their refund policy stated at all. This is a complete scam and are probably targeting millions.
