Description

Received a phone call from "Chase Bank" stating that two Zelle transactions were being requested of me, one for $900 and one for $1000. They stated the person's name who made the request and said they were in my Zelle contacts. I do not use Zelle and do not have a Chase bank account, only a credit card. I refused to give them my information or state my name though I was prompted for more information. I told them to cancel the transactions but was urged to speak with a Zelle representative to fully cancel the transactions. Googling Chase/Zelle scam pulled up a Reddit thread with people all reporting the same or similar scams.
