Description
I ordered 2 pairs of Footstr insoles for my son on Sept. 28, 2025, and they arrived on Oct. 13, 2025, but they did not fit him. I reached out to Footstr to request a refund, and after 3 email requests for, "John" finally responded. First he said instead of returning the insoles, I could keep them and receive 10% of the purchase price back. I declined, requesting a full refund. Then he offered me to keep them and receive 20% back. I declined again, requesting a full refund. Then "John: said I could if I complied with the following steps: send photos of the unused product, return in original packaging, and shop to an address in Sweden. I spent $20.20 on postage to mail it to what I now presume was a false address, only to have it returned to me by UPS on Dec. 15. I have now spent $88 on the insoles and shipping and am very frustrated and disappointed.
