Description
I paid for three Jelly cat items on the 22nd of November in a Black Friday sale. I’ve reached out to the company to find out what is happening with my order and have been told multiple contradicting things. I’ve asked for a refund as I don’t believe anything is on its way and they’re refusing. They’re using the shipping company “Final Step” who I have tried to email with the contact details off their page, however the email failed to send because the email address does not exist. The website linked in my order confirmation email has the same name as the site I bought the plush toys from but now only “sells” women’s clothing
