I was notified I won a free vacation from completing a card at the Ridgedale Mall in Minnetonka, MN. I received a text message and voicemail I won a free vacation and I only needed to pay the money to secure it. Now when I try to confirm the dates it is asking me to pay $298 additional dollars without clear confirmation of the resort stay. I haven’t been able to find out more specific details regarding the hotel. Now they won’t refund me because it’s past the 30 days. If I’d known all the extra fees there would be upfront I wouldn’t have taken this. They’re very poor customer service and website services. It refers me to another website Waltonvacations too. And another one to log in at trip assurance.
