I purchased air ticket from air ticket .com 1800 578 1250 email came from customer service to replace my return ticket before i purchased they send me an email for the refund if i pay the cancelation fee . i did pay the cancelation fee and its been 3 month waiting for the refund every day they told me that the refund is coming . what i should do
