Description
I ordered a sweatshirt on 12/1. After never receiving any information, I reached out to the company directly to track this shipment. The company never responded. On 12/7 I contact PayPal for a refund, and the company responded saying it would be 35 days until the sweatshirt shipped. I said I wanted to cancel the order for a refund, the company stated the sweatshirt shipped. They then proceeded to send fake shipping information, and stated they will only refund me when I send back the package (the package was never dropped off at USPS to ship). This website is a scam and I would like a full refund.
