The item was sent from California and seems to be packaged by a two year old! I had ordered one for me and another package as a present but was very disappointed with I opened my package and tried to cancel the second order which I showed had not shipped but I kept showing that someone would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours and no one ever did even though I kept writing. After 2 weeks I filed a dispute with the bank and they are looking into it. I looked on facebook after I quit seeing their ads and found out that they took them down because of all of the complaints. I have finally received my package from California and again it looks like a two year old wrapped it. The company reached out and I have to pay to send it back to the fleece company in Heinrich-Barth str 18 53881 Euskirchen, Germany instead of Jerry in California and I have to pay. I haven’t opened it because if it is in the original packaging I only get 70% of my money and that plus shipping adds up to about the whole 85.85 dollars I spent on the second order.
