Description
Ordered a Snuggle Warm heated blanket while on Facebook and was sent to the business site to complete the order. After 2 weeks it says the item is still in China using the LM Parcel Tracking website. Have tried the phone numbers, but no one answers. I have sent email to them with responses. They assure me the order has been completed, but refuse to call me back. I see other BBB and such saying they have been scammed. Please BBB, help me and others put a stop to this business Snuggle Warm, take down their site and stop the scamming happening this holiday season. I lost $59.99. Company says they have offices in CA, but the package is being shipped from China.
