Description

I am submitting this complaint due to SpeedX’s failure to deliver a package and the complete lack of a viable customer-support escalation path. On December 6, my package was marked “Attempted Delivery – No Access” while I was home and available. No delivery attempt was made. This was a false delivery scan. Following this false scan, the package was returned to the SpeedX Portland, OR facility. The last tracking update occurred on December 8, showing the package as “Processing at Designated Facility.” Since then, there have been no tracking updates, no redelivery attempt, and no communication regarding the package’s status. SpeedX provides no access to human customer support. The only available support channel is an AI chatbot that cannot investigate or resolve delivery failures. As a recipient, I have no way to determine whether my package is lost, damaged, or abandoned within a SpeedX facility. This situation reflects multiple operational failures: A false “Attempted Delivery – No Access” scan Failure to reattempt delivery Failure to update tracking or communicate status No human support or escalation pathway for recipients I am not seeking compensation directly from SpeedX, but I am requesting that this issue be formally reviewed and investigated, and that SpeedX provide transparency and accountability when delivery failures occur. Additionally, I urge SpeedX to address the lack of human customer support, as it leaves recipients with no way to resolve issues once a delivery fails. This experience has caused significant inconvenience and has required escalation through the merchant due to SpeedX’s inaction.
