Description
Free shipping was included wifh the order upon delivery, i was told by usps that i needed to pay postage to oick up item since merchant did not pay for postage i contacted the merchant and they stated i could refuse delivery or they would issue a refund of the shipping i paid, as long i provided proof, which i did. No refund has been issued as of today after multiple attemps.
