This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
When i placed the order...I immediately called to cancel. I was offered a partial refund. I told them no and that I wanted to cancel. Was told once I received the package to return it unopened, which I did. Called immediately to let them know. Was told to expect my refund in 3 to 5 business days. It has been 7 days now. I called them back was told to email the company directly...No response!
