Home warranty on your property maybe expiring or already has expired. Failure to call and prevent lapse in coverage could result…… No address anywhere! But is signed by Vicky Mercer, program director, 1-888-413-5452 No return address means a scam to me! Presort mail also means a scam to me. But it looked so official! How do we stop this junk mail ?
