I made full payment for an airline ticket through Adam Vacations. After payment, I discovered that no valid airline ticket was ever booked or issued in my name, which has been confirmed by the website in the trail email. This constitutes deficiency of service, misrepresentation, and unfair trade practice. Despite this clear failure on their part, the company has not refunded my money even after more than one month. More concerning is the conduct of their customer care team: Each time I call, the representative provides a different name, raising strong suspicion that fake or assumed names are being used I am repeatedly asked to “wait for a few more days” without any written confirmation, refund reference, or timeline No concrete action has been taken despite multiple assurances Emails and follow-ups are either ignored or met with generic delay tactics This pattern of behaviour strongly indicates intentional delay and possible fraudulent practice, especially since money was collected without delivery of the promised service.
