Description
My wife ordered these for Christmas presents and they said delivered UPS, with tracking that showed a photo of a porch that was not ours. She contacted the company via email, that responded they were sorry and are shipping a replacement order. We also filed a claim with UPS. No response after that from the company and when we try to email it comes back undeliverable and the website is down. UPS says the package tracking is for someone else’s name, not my wife’s, and a different address. We are now filing a fraud claim with the credit card company.
