received ad in my email for chocking devices from VitalVac. have been seeing these ads everywhere. so i thought i would get for my family for christmas. it was buy 3 get 2 free deal. on 12/5/25, I ordered on the VitalVac website with my credit card for total amount of $154.97. I received an email thanking me for my purchase and received an order number. stated shipping within 3-4 business days. a few hours later i did some research and was not finding info for this company so emailed and asked to cancel my order and receive a refund. I received an email back from 'Jenn' stating they could attempt to cancel as may have been shipped already. asked what was the information that I found and they would like to put my mind at ease. I said no thank you, I would like a refund for my placed order. have not heard back from them to date. I did respond to Jenn asking status of my order and have not received any response. I attempted to call today and the call was answered by another company that does supply first aid products to manufacturers; however, the company name that I asked for they said unfortunately, that is a spam site and recommended contacting my credit card company and filing a disbute. which i did.
