Description
Centennial Med Supply LLC fraudulently billed our Medicare & supplemental insurance six times under the service of "Incontinence Supply" for which Medicare paid $10,584 and BC/BS paid $2,700 totalling $13,284 between both insurances. Both Medicare & BC/BS were immediately contacted & confirmed they would be investigating further into these fraudulent claims. One claim has already been denied. Due diligence must be taken by everyone to closely examine statements in order to identify & report fraud claims to their insurances.
