I placed an order for three Cozzies® Electric Heated Blanket, as part of a buy two, get one promotion. I received a confirmation email, my credit card was charged the next day and with in a couple days, I received a UPS tracking number. On the day of noted delivery, a picture was provided, that did not match my residence, nor was it noted to have been delivered to my zip code (which was confirmed as being noted correctly). Upon trying to reach Cozzies, I was informed that the website is no longer valid and an unsafe to proceed was given. UPS then informed me that the tracking number was valid, however, it was not in my name. Social media contact with the pictured house also confirmed my name was not on the package, but my tracking number matched theirs. It was also confirmed that their shipper was not Cozzies.
