Description

I was interviewed by Sales Flow Company on November 28, 2025 for a job as an appointment setter, who already had previous relevant experience. A lady named Maria called me and then was redirected to a zoom call with a young man named Adam (who was an appointment setter for the company). I was on a zoom call with Adam who explained what the job "offer" was going to be, promising I would a good deal of income on a flexible schedule after finishing training. He initially said that Salesflow Co would be funding my training through different card agencies. They asked me to apply for an American Express Gold card as they said this was the method how they will pay me after I finish my minimum requirements within a 60 day window. I then applied for an American Express Gold card while I was on call with Adam and it took approximately 10 business days for my Gold Card to get mailed to me. After that I was transitioned to a "manager" or "closer" named Laith (email: [email protected]), who then refreshed everything Adam talked about with me, and then wanted to start my "onboarding process" to become an employee of the company. They made me sign a contract that was vague on requirements needed to join the company, and then afterwards stated they were going to begin helping me fund my "job training." Then they walked me through a process of thinking the Sales Flow Company was about to finance my training using American Express, only realizing too late they were about to use my own line of credit. They could only use 2,000 from American Express, and used another line of credit from my end through Klarna to then extract another 2,000. They then wanted to me to open a line through Capital One Venture X since I had low purchasing power through credit systems with most other banks, and I did, and then they stated they would be finishing my onboarding process next week. After realizing they used my own line of credit to fund my job training, and after looking at business reviews of the Sales Flow Company, I knew it was a scam afterwards. Previous reports online stated once they brought you in, Salesflow Co LLC does not provide legitimate job placement or employment, instead they require participants to sell the same program back to new buyers, which makes the whole company out to be a pyramid scheme, and I knew from then on I did not want to be a part of that. I deleted my Venture X account, and tried to dispute the charges Salesflow Co LLC made using Fanbasis through my account. I parted ways, and they just collected 2,000 today through my American Express and Klarna accounts. I just disputed the charges with both companies, and we will see what happens from here on out, as I hope to recover the stolen money. Desired Resolution: Additional issues include: Misrepresentation of income potential No verifiable proof of job opportunities Leads are shared among many newcomers, making it impossible to earn what was advertised Pressure to upgrade into more expensive coaching/mentorship packages The only true “opportunity” offered is selling the same training program Lack of a legitimate or verifiable business registration, despite claiming to be an established company Very young domain age, suggesting the business is newly created and potentially unstable I contacted my financial institution and initiated a dispute due to misrepresentation. The company has not provided any meaningful support or resolution and has continued to deny responsibility for the misleading marketing. --- Desired Resolution: I am requesting a full refund of the amount paid due to: False and deceptive advertising, failure to deliver the services as represented, misleading income claims, misrepresentation of job placement, and unethical business practices. I also request that the BBB review this company’s advertising and business practices to protect other consumers from similar harm.
