I was looking for a mini dashchund for my kids for christmas and i came across their website on google, it seemed legit. I requested more information from their website and within 24hours i received an email from them i asked all kinds of questions regarding the puppy i was looking at because i lived in a different state i was asking about transportation of the animal. i was reassured that the puppy would be timely shipped to my nearest airport or the option for home delivery. I chose airport. The puppy was for sale for $500 so I paid a deposit and a week later paid the rest for the puppy. I received confirmation pictures videos of the puppy at the shipping facility, and was told my puppy would be delivered to me the 21st of December. I received an email from the pet shipping company that the crate the puppy was in wasn’t air temperature regulated as they state law requires them to be in so i was told.. I was told that i needed to pay $1500 and $1400 would be refunded as a “non abandonment deposit” i told the “director” via email i didn’t have $1500 to give at that moment if i could do $400 so he said that was fine i received a call from the shipping company a bit after saying that it had to be a minimum of $1000 and they would be able to move shipping to December the 14th. I paid another $600. I was given a tracking number and delivery time said 5pm December the 14th. I woke up to an email this morning saying i needed to pay another $850 for microchip, and some other vaccines and i responded that i would not be paying any additional charges and that i would be taking this legal. I have not been able to get ahold of the breeder since, i have texted and emailed. I have not heard back from the shipping company since i stated i would be taking legal action as well.
