Business/Website Name: https://www.stanley1913sales.us.com/ a Type of Issue: Online Purchase Scam / Non-Delivery of Goods I was deceived by a fraudulent website impersonating the official Stanley brand (official site is stanley1913.com). The site appeared legitimate, with the same product images and designs as the real Stanley tumblers, and it was heavily promoted on Instagram and other social media platforms. I placed an order for Christmas Stanley Quencher tumblers totaling nearly $200 on November 27, 2025. Payment was processed immediately, but I never received any order confirmation beyond the initial receipt, and no products arrived. Attempts to contact them: • Multiple emails sent with no response. • Eventually, my email address was blocked, preventing further messages. • The listed phone number on the site redirected to a Walmart store in Colorado (unrelated to Stanley). • The business address provided matched known scam patterns or unrelated locations. This is clearly a scam operation exploiting the popularity of Stanley products. They use copied images, fake discounts, and social media ads to lure customers, then disappear after taking payment. I can only imagine how many others have lost money this way, as similar sites (e.g., stanley1913us.com, stanleys-1913.com) have been reported extensively as frauds by sources like BBB, Trend Micro, and consumer watchdogs.
