Description

On December 9th, 2025. I reached out to a business profile on instagram by the name of Sycearchive. This individual’s real name Jace Fischer runs an archive clothing account where they display clothing items that you can purchase from him directly (usually through peer to peer transfers). I messaged him about purchasing a pair of pants called Dior ss04 strip denim, and to see what his buying price was. We then talked about the price eventually agreeing on $2,200 dollars. He seemed very trustworthy as he has done business with other big sellers in the archive clothing community. He says he would like to use PayPal friends and family which was fine by me; with one exception: that it had buyer protection services. By my mistake I did not do any research to see if Paypal friends and family actually did have buyers protection services (which it does not). He also was aware that I wasn’t familiar with Paypal in general which led him to futher deceive me into making this transaction “safe” in his words. I put a down payment on the item for a total of $833.62 and split that up into two separate transactions via Paypal friends and family. He went on to explain his down payemnt rules that if I didn’t follow through by Thursday with the rest of the money; ($1400) that I would not receive my item, and he would keep my money. Come Thursday at around 9:50 PM; I sent the rest of the money which added up to $1451.06, and like before I split this into two separate transactions both consisting of $725.53. We then talked back on instagram saying he would mark the item as sold, and that he needed my shipping information. Such information like my name, address, and zip code etc. After this it was around 11:15 and I shortly after went to bed. The next day Friday December 12th, 2025, at 6AM I return to our messages on Instagram to see that all the messages except mine have disappeared. I proceeded to look at his instagram account to see that It said this user can not be found. At first I knew I had been scammed and he probably blocked me. But, when I logged onto a separate Instagram account I saw that his account was more than likely deactivated or maybe even deleted. I called my bank same day making a claim, and providing evidence to dispute this charge (this claim is still ongoing). Some of the evidence I will provide to them as soon as I receive a letter allowing me to give my bank even more into depth info backing up my claim I will provide in this message. Like I have said before this business Sycearchive ran by Jace Fischer from Toronto, Canada, is apart of the archive clothing community in which this community typically sells designer items that are from years to decades old. Sycearchive was exposed by another instagram account by the name of Archiveshitters with close to 4,000 followers. Archiveshitters whole account is based on exposing scammers in the archive clothing community; in which Sycearchive has been exposed twice by individuals who have been scammed, and then came to Archiveshitters to shed light on the scamming activities by Sycearchive. In this two cases he has scammed multiple individuals (assumed to be anywhere from 4-6 people). And each time he temporarily deactivates or deletes his account after scamming someone. I can provide images of messages supporting my claim and proof this person is a 100% scammer. He also owns a Soundcloud account where he expresses that he listens to music supporting scamming.
