Description
I received a letter in the postal mail stating I’d been recognized as “one of the top social workers in your region.” I was told to scan a QR code or go to a specific website to verify my personal details. There were no phone numbers or contact details included for the sender of the letter. It had a printed signature for Scarlett Shepherd, but included no title.
