I purchased 2 game consoles and a travel case on November 28th 2025 in the amount of $169.38. I have tried tracking the items and it has not even shipped. I decided to contact the company and ask to cancel the order and refund the payment. They stated it was too late to cancel and refused to assist with anything further. Multiple complaints on Instagram and Reddit claiming similar experiences recently.
