Description
Item received was not at all what they showed on the website. Poor stitching, a low quality synthetic material (not cashmere per the product description) no garment care tags or labels, holes in seams, piling on fabric. Contacted several times over a series of emails. They have stated that I need to return the item to their warehouse in China, and pay for the shipping, and provide a tracking number (cost $90) before they will refund the purchase. Their website states if the product is defective that they will cover the costs and to contact the customer service for instructions. They will not provide me with information on how they will cover the cost to return, and only offered a free item or a discounted refund. I believe this company is operating fraudulently based on research I have done since the attempts to return.
