I opened a LLC in the state of NJ & received a letter the next week from: LPCC 174 Nassau Street, Box 234 Princeton, NJ 08542 They are requesting that I buy Labor Law Poster for $325 compliance package. The letter says: Your business MUST prominently display a current, compliant labor law poster in the workplace, regardless of company size. Violations under 29 USC Sec 666(i) which updated in January 2025, can now result in fines from $500 per day or up to $16,550. Notice sent date: 12/8/25 Respond by date: 12/24/25
