Description
I texted Google to cancel my Audible.com subscription and was automatically connected to a website that claimed they could help me for $5. Seemed weird but I gave up my credit card number. A Chatbot texted me several times to say soneone would call me within 4 minutes. No calls. I checked with my credit card company to see what I was charged. $5 PLUS $40! I texted a request to cancel the myanswer service. I was told they cancelled my membership but wouldnt refund my $45. This all took place over the course of 60-90 minutes. I received NOTJING for the $45.
