My wife purchased Tim McGraw concert tickets for a concert on 12/11/202025 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on accident. They have a “no refund policy” which is understandable, so they were relisted for sale on Gametime. The tickets never posted on their platform. Gametime was called three times to report the issue and we were given three different runaround answers as to why the tickets would show up for sale. First they said the price was too high. Then they said it was too close to the concert date. Then they said Caesars owned the tickets and that I would have to go through Ticketmaster or to contact Caesars. They provided me confirmations that the tickets were listed, but they were invisible to consumers, so they prevented the resell. Gametime is staffed with liars that are trained to provide misinformation. I would either like a full refund or the ability to resell the tickets before the concert.
