Social media video was shared indicating a buy two, get two free deal on Labubu dolls. Placed an order, the company sent a confirmation and a shipping notification. However, the links to check on the order or shipping status take you to an unavailable website. I still have not received the product and based on other reviews of the company, I doubt reaching out will amount to receiving a refund or product.
