Purchased some items from NYLEVA.com on 11/7/25 and got a receipt and shipped date of 11/8/25. They send a tracking number through 17Track and give details of package being process through different facilities, I would check in through the help desk to see if my package has any updates. Of course, you get the same reply in different forms when they reply. I sent an aggressive message on 12/6/25 stating that it is almost a month and my package has been sitting on this one place for a week. The next couple days 12/9/25, I get an update about my package that it is at my local carrier office. On 12/11/25 I get an update saying that my package was signed and delivered at 12:34pm, which I was at home on lunch and did not receive anything. Of course, looked around at my neighbor's homes and seen nothing noticeable or even heard a delivery truck stop by. I contact them on 12/11/25 again stating that I have a delivered notification but no package, yes you can guess it, no response other than we will gift you a free item of choice and once we get the package back you will get a refund. Hmm okay?
