Please call 1-866-629-9350 as this will be our Final attempt to notify you. We reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after 7 days of receiving this notice" Uses all caps a lot to inspire urgency. No return address. In tiny print at the bottom "We are not affiliated with your dealership or manufacturer."
