On November 28, 2025 I purchased 3 Blind Box "big into energy" labubu's w/ the promotion of BUY #, GET 3 FREE with a total amount paid being $59.97. The confirmation email states my order #4487 and when you click on VIEW YOUR ORDER or VISIT OUR STORE the link is invalid. I have not received any items or any responses/updates on my order. After trying to figure this out, I found out this has been reported a few times, and listed as scam. The website also states 30-day money back guarantee. I reached out to contact them regarding this and when I submitted my request it popped up this site can't be reached again.
