Description

Placed order for a San Francisco anniversary edition bourbon glass on 09/19/2025 with order (#16990) being confirmed on same date. I received an email informing me of shipment on 09/23/2025. I received a notice on 09/30/2025 from my c/c company that a charge was posted for the amount of $29.78 from GENIALME, I guess this is their billing company, which supplied a tracking number for package. It only showed that it was in transit. After contacting them on 10/12/2025 asking customer service where my order was, I was told that it informed on 10/14/2025 that it had been delivered. I checked with our postal carrier and he informed me no such package had come through the post office. I knew then I had been involved in a scam. My emails from customer service always said feel free to contact them, but no phone number. I again sent an email to customer service asking about my order they said they would double check their records get back with me. In the meantime I was watching Facebook for their adds and posted my situation and to watch out for a possible scam. I emailed their customer service representative and told them I knew i had been scammed, but that was denied. They offered and sent a second package, which was supposedly sent around 10/18/2025. I asked which carrier they were using, no answer. On 11/07/2025 I received an email that the second package had been delivered. It was not! I, reluctantly agreed to follow through with their suggestion of check neighbor's house etc. looking for package. Of course no package. I again contacted customer service informing them that I had run out of patience and was going to move forward on a complaint. I again heard from their customer service rep and seemed apologetic and informed me that she had contacted her supervisor in an effort to remedy the problem. The service rep then informed me that a third glass would be shipped, still waiting. It's been a month since that email and no package.
