Description

I watched an infomercial given by a well known neurosurgeon and he was offering monatary incentives for people who ordered the product he was touting. i.e. a bundled product or package deal. I received the product but changed my mind about keeping it. When I tried to contact the company I was told that they had sold the website and had shutdown operations. The company in question was using GoDaddy to create and manage their online marketing. When I contacted GoDaddy they were not even aware that the website had been sold. So they were unable to help me. The only information I have is the packing slip and USPS packaging that the product was shipped in. I don’t know what else I can do but I would like to get my money back. Please advise.
