i applied for a rental home in cape coral florida on ZILLOW.com and he contacted me immediately. assuming zillow a reputable website for rentals and home buying i believed him to be the relator or landlord. he told me the house was under contract and offered me another home nearby, which i checked on zillow. he then gave me the code for that home to tour and everything and made me apply to the website https://invitationhomespree.com/ . he requested a $65 application form. i provided all of my personal information thinking it was legit because he allowed me to enter the home alone, with the code, to tour myself since he was"out of town". he now has all my information including SSN DOB DRIVERS LICENSE ACCOUNT NUMBERS ETC. i contacted 'Invitation homes' , the listing company listed on zillow to see if everything was legit and they assured me it was a scam and to report it. unfortunately i provided my information because he let me enter this zillow home. the first home address was xxxx academy blvd cape coral fl 33990 the address of the home is xxx SE 16th Terrace cape coral florida. this makes it very hard not to believe. and also very dangerous as anyone will go into the home and he could harm someone.
