Description

7/21/25 - Merchandise was ordered. Merchandise was t-shirts with Christian themed imprint. Silly me thought that made them trustworthy. Facebook also stated that a friend of my recently ordered from them. 7/22/25 - received email that merchandise was being shipped and given a tracking # 9/17/25 - emailed company stating merchandise was never received and requested a full refund 9/17/25 - company responded with a supposed tracking log 9/17/25 - I verified that I did not received the merchandise and requested proof of delivery 9/17/25 - company stated: "We’re truly sorry you haven’t received your package and understand your concern. We confirm the address provided to the carrier matches your order. Unfortunately, due to service limitations, no signed proof or photos are available, and we regret any inconvenience this causes. We’ve requested a thorough investigation from the carrier to check for misdelivery. To resolve this, we’re offering a free reshipment via expedited shipping. It should arrive within 7–15 business days. If you’d like this, please reply with “Yes, I agree with the reshipment.”; We’ll reship to your order’s default address, but if any part (e.g., state, city, ZIP, apartment) needs updating, let us know." 9/17/25 - I reluctantly agreed to reshipment 9/19/25 - received an email from [email protected] with new tracking # 12/8/25 - contacted company once again. Stated that merchandise still had not been received and requested a full refund. I also stated that I felt like they were a fraudulent company. 12/8/25 - company responded: "What we want to clarify is that we are a responsible company. Our customer service team has always insisted on providing online services to customers. At any time, if you have needs, as long as you contact us, our customer service team will be committed to solving each problem as quickly and effectively as possible." They also provided tracking number a link to tracking website. Link does not work. 12/9/25 - informed company that tracking link did not work and insisted on a full refund. 12/10/25 - company offered the following resolution: "We're truly sorry you didn't receive the package again. We've taken this issue seriously and asked the courier to look into it thoroughly. We've filed a claim, but they refused full compensation as the system showed it as delivered. However, we've persistently pushed for a higher compensation percentage and secured you a 70% refund. Is this acceptable? We also suffered losses due to the low product prices, so we'd appreciate your understanding of our situation." 12/10/25 - I responded that a 70% refund was absolutely unacceptable and demanded a full refund. I also informed them that my research with BBB confirms that they are a fraudulent company.
